In case of sickness or holidays, Mary has a team of self employed, highly experienced, carers that she can call upon for continuity of care

All care plans are regularly reviewed by Mary to make sure they remain appropriate and effective. We welcome family feedback and communication at any time — transparency and partnership are at the heart of what we do.

Yes. Mary can administer or prompt medication, assist with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility, and ensure all tasks are completed safely and respectfully. She always works to preserve each person’s dignity and independence.

Respite care provides temporary support for families and full-time carers who need a short break — whether for rest, recovery, or personal commitments. We step in seamlessly to ensure your loved one continues to receive high-quality, consistent care.

Our pricing depends on the level and type of care required. We provide clear, transparent rates with no hidden fees. Before starting care, we’ll discuss your needs in detail and provide a full written quote. Some clients may also be eligible for Direct Payments or local authority funding, and we can guide you through this process.

Mary’s Tranquillity Care is currently in the process of CQC registration, which ensures our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Mary already follows all CQC guidelines and policies — including safeguarding, confidentiality, and infection control — to ensure safe, professional care at all times.
